John Bell Pipeline replied to the request of The Cyrenians in buying £500 worth of clothing for service users, including hats, gloves, scarfs, new underwear and socks.

Mark Skinner, Managing Director of John Bell Pipeline commented “at this time of year we can be so wrapped up in buying gifts for family and friends that we forget about those who are less fortunate who don’t have even the basic clothing for the winter months. This year we decided to support Aberdeen Cyrenians who provide not just for the homeless but a range of vital services to those that are experiencing hardship, health issues, housing problems and harm in the North East of Scotland.

Scott Baxter, Depute Chief Executive of Aberdeen Cyrenians commented “The generosity of individuals and companies has been phenomenal this year. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the local people. My colleagues and service users are very appreciative of the support received from local businesses at this difficult time of the year. This is not the first time John Bell Pipeline has stepped forward to lend its support to those we work with and it is such support that really makes a difference across our communities’.
